1950’s Cox Tubular Metal Slatted Dining Chairs – Set Of Six. Cox was one of the largest producers of tubular stacking chairs initially developed by the Bauhaus movement. These chairs are from the late 40’s with Cox branding. The frame is tubular metal and the seats are the original slatted birch wood. It is highly unusual to find such original chairs with the original slats in such superb condition with the original rivets and fixings. The dark burgundy/brown is a classic late forties colour and the chairs are in superb condition and are practical as they stack well and are very comfortable. We service and wax each chair individually before they leave our workshop and we deliver chairs of excellent quality. We specialise in high quality vintage dining chairs and have a large range.
