Decorate a man’s office, a ranch or a hunting lodge with this pair of elegant antique wall plaques. Crafted in France circa 1870 and built of oak wood, and almost square in shape, the sculpted elements are decorated with exquisite carvings in high relief; each panel features a central medallion with a carved pheasant bird standing, surrounded with foliage and floral motifs. Both door panels are set in exquisitely carved gilt frames from a later addition. The large wall decorations are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich walnut patinated finish.
