Description

Oversize cast aluminum sculptural bowl by American designer and artist Michael Lax (1929-1999) for Metaal Grainware. Dated to the 1980s. There is age and use wear, some surface scratches and a few marks. It has been left unpolished, in original condition. Maker’s mark on underside has been enhanced for clearer visibility. Food safe, originally created as a salad bowl.
