Rare pair of ‘Kaïdo’ Lounge chairs by by Kwok Hoï Chan for Steiner, 1968. Fantastic sensual and soft design. Kwok Hoï Chan was born in Hong Kong and emigrated to England and later to France but always stayed loyal to his Chinese origins; his furniture resembles an imaginary alphabet borrowed from Chinese calligraphy. The chairs are reupholstered within the original specifications with use of the highest quality material and the use of a rich and exclusive wool fabric from the collection of C&C Milano. Very elegant shape and extremely comfortable due to it’s lower back support. In excellent condition.
