Magnificent and ultra rare Art Deco Amsterdamse school serving table or tea table. The design is attributed to Jac. van den Bosch. Striking Dutch design from the 1920s. Solid oak base with original black lacquered and original solid oak top. Ultra rare because of the fact that this wonderful and stylish Art Deco serving table is designed in the Amsterdamse School style during the 1920s. The famous Dutch architect Jac. van den Bosch has designed only a few pieces in the Amsterdamse School style. The majority of the designs by Jac. van den Bosch were designed and executed in the Jugendstil or Art Nouvea or Arts & Crafts style and also known in The Netherlands as Nieuwe Kunst. The well known furniture company ‘t Binnenhuis Amsterdam was selling his designs.
