Decorate an entry or hallway with this elegant antique console. Crafted in France circa 1870, the table stands on two front cabriole legs with double volutes ending with hand carved acanthus leaf motifs; the console is further dressed with a lower shelf for further display. The serpentine front apron is bowed in the center, and the sides have nice curved features. The surface is dressed with the original shaped grey and white marble top. The narrow and tall console table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina. Small but invisible repair on the marble.
