A Napoleon III wooden ebonised “Cave à liqueur” liquor cabinet with floral inlay of brass, copper and zinc. The cabinet contains four carafes and 16 glasses, all are antique. On the the left and right side are two secret lidded compartments for cigars.
The woodwork and glasswork and gilding are in good condition, with minimal wear on the gilding. The carafes are 18 cm tall. The glasses are 6 cm tall. Made in France, circa 1860-1870.
