Stunning 19th Century French Burl Walnut Buffett with two panel drawers each with intricately carved floral motifs within the center panels, each drawer has brass hardware with ornate markings and a droplet pull handle. The piece boasts two lower open shelves also done in exquisite burl walnut veneer. The buffet rests on artfully hand-turned legs and flat oval pad feet. The piece most likely included a back splash piece or mirror at some point in its life that has been removed long ago. Its removal allows the piece to fit comfortably against a wall. Truly a spectacular piece of furniture not seen in today’s markets.
