Tino(z) Chair by Frans Schrofer for Young International in brick-brown Suede. back is lighter shade suede, more copper coloured; on wheels / castors; chromed tapered legs; Postmodern Dutch Design from the 90s/1990s/nineties; post modern conference / waiting room chair / armchair; Young International was a Dutch manufacturing company set up in the late eighties specifically to make post-modern design furniture, mostly by Dutch designers. Their products have a vibrant playful quirkiness that is typical for that era. Eventually they were taken over by Gelderland, who are more mass-market oriented.
