Pair 19th century French Napoleon III period bronze dore Andirons ~ bookends depict two charming cherubs playing music! Originally the decorative portion of a pair of andirons, they’re perfect for decorative accents or bookends. Each figure is holding a musical instrument, with one also having sheet music in his lap. Each is seated on lavishly designed Baroque lion-footed pediments with scrolled legs and acanthus volutes in exquisite relief.
